01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and qqgg ("the Platform", "we", "us"). They govern all use of the qqgg website at qqgg.today, the qqgg mobile application, and all services provided through the platform.

By creating an account on qqgg, making a deposit, claiming a bonus, or playing any game on the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and that you agree to be bound by them. 03Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on qqgg. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances being forfeited.

When registering on qqgg, you are required to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and any other information requested during the registration process. Providing false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure.

• You are responsible for keeping your registration information up to date. If your contact details change, update them in your account settings promptly.
• qqgg may require identity verification (KYC) before processing withdrawals or at any other point deemed necessary. Accepted documents include national ID, passport, and utility bills.
• Account registration on qqgg is free. qqgg will never charge a fee to open or maintain a player account.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

qqgg supports a range of local payment methods designed for players in Bangladesh. Accepted methods currently include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and other local mobile banking services. All transactions on qqgg are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit on qqgg is ৳10. There is no maximum deposit limit for standard accounts, though qqgg may apply limits at its discretion for security purposes.
• Deposits are typically credited to your qqgg account within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the payment provider.
• qqgg does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — check with your provider before depositing.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account that belongs to you. qqgg does not accept deposits from third-party accounts.

Withdrawals:

• The minimum withdrawal amount on qqgg is ৳200. Withdrawal requests below this amount will not be processed.
• Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. qqgg may request additional verification before processing a withdrawal.
• Standard withdrawal processing time on qqgg is 1–3 business days, though most withdrawals are completed significantly faster.
• qqgg reserves the right to request identity verification documents before releasing any withdrawal. This is a standard anti-fraud and anti-money-laundering measure.
• Withdrawals of bonus-derived winnings are subject to the wagering requirements described in Section 5.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

qqgg offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonuses are credited to your qqgg account in the form of bonus funds or free spins, as specified in the relevant promotion.
• All bonus funds on qqgg are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly in the promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement on qqgg is 30x the bonus amount.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings that have not been wagered within the time limit will be removed from your account automatically.
• Not all games on qqgg contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while live casino games and sports betting may contribute at a lower rate or not at all. Check the specific promotion terms for contribution rates.
• qqgg reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time and to void bonus funds if it determines that a player has attempted to abuse the bonus system.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player, per household, and per payment method. Attempting to claim a welcome bonus multiple times is considered bonus abuse.
• Maximum withdrawal from bonus winnings may be capped at a specified amount per promotion. This cap will be clearly stated in the promotion terms.

06 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the qqgg platform are provided by licensed third-party game developers and operate on certified random number generators (RNGs). The RTP rates published on qqgg for each game reflect the certified rates provided by the game developer — qqgg does not apply platform-level adjustments that reduce these rates.

• Game results on qqgg are determined entirely by the certified RNG of each game. qqgg has no ability to influence individual game outcomes.
• In the event of a technical error during a game session — including disconnections, server errors, or display errors — qqgg will use the game server's recorded data to determine the outcome. If no valid outcome can be determined, the bet will be voided and the stake returned to the player.

• qqgg reserves the right to void any bet that was placed as a result of a software error, a pricing error, or any other technical malfunction that resulted in incorrect odds or game parameters being displayed.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain is strictly prohibited and will result in account suspension.

07 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your qqgg account. This includes choosing a strong, unique password and not sharing your login credentials with anyone else.

• Do not share your qqgg username, password, or any account access details with any other person. qqgg will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other channel.
• If you suspect that your qqgg account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact qqgg support immediately via live chat so the account can be secured.

• Using a VPN or other tool to misrepresent your location in order to access qqgg from a restricted jurisdiction.

09 Responsible Gaming

qqgg is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The platform provides a range of tools to help players stay in control of their gaming activity. These tools are available in your account settings and can be activated at any time.

• Deposit limits: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you can deposit into your qqgg account. Once set, a deposit limit can be reduced immediately but can only be increased after a 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session time limits: Set a maximum session length. qqgg will notify you when your session limit is reached and will log you out automatically if you do not respond.
• Cooling-off periods: Take a temporary break from qqgg for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours up to 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you will not be able to log in or make deposits.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the qqgg platform. Self-exclusion is irreversible for a minimum period of 6 months. During self-exclusion, qqgg will not send you any promotional communications.

10 Privacy & Data

11 Account Termination

• qqgg is not responsible for any losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including losses resulting from account suspension due to a Terms violation.
• qqgg's total liability to any player in connection with any single incident shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the incident.
